Sonja G. Nagel | President & CEO
Sonja has over 30 years of hands on professional experience in transportation and warehousing and 10 years as a broker/owner of a real estate company. Her expertise is in multiple products including; household goods (HHG), special products, and any equipment and/or office items that you would need to be transported anywhere in the world. Having served as a past manager in relocations for Bekins van lines, as well as a national accounts and trade show manager at Allied Van Lines, she does not just stick a sign in the ground. She is a true relocation expert.
As a past executive who has been relocated herself, she knows the entire relocation process from both ends and of the costs incurred when one is being relocated. She has seen the amount of time and money wasted in the relocation process.
Being a business professional with expertise in real state and van lines, she offers a unique program to service individuals being relocated as a true relocation specialist.
Real Estate
Our founder Sonja G Nagel has been in real estate since 2005 and an employing broker of her own firm Nagel & Assocaites Real Estate, LLC, since 2009. Sonja specializes in residential and commercial real estate. Sonja was awarded the “Five Star Professional” for 2013 & 2014, by her clients. This is awarded to the top 7% of realtors out of 28,000 in the Denver area. Sonja has a 98 % referral rate with her clients trusting Sonja with their children, grandchildren, and friends
Over the years her contracts and negotiations have benefited her clients in everyday sales as well as short sales and foreclosure issues.
When it comes to buyers and finding the right home for her clients Sonja works with all sorts of buyers from cash, FHA, VA, and conventional loan buyers. She knows the right lenders to save you money by down payment assistance or grants that let you buy your new home with the minimum of money out of your pocket.
Van Lines
Sonja was in transportation & supply chain for 30 years with van lines and other transport companies. She has multiple product expertise that includes household goods. When it comes to on-time delivery, and implementation of any product Sonja Is second to none.

Clive Snowdon B.A., F.C.A | Advisor to the Board of Directors
Clive has lead two public companies, Umeco and Burnfield, since 1993. He retired from full-time employment in June 2011.
He became Executive Chairman of Shimtech Industries Group in September 2011. Shimtech is the leading global supplier of shims to the aerospace market and is backed by Bridgepoint Development Capital. Clive is also the senior non-executive director of Hill & Smith Holdings PLC having joined the board in 2007. In addition he chairs the board of the Midlands Aerospace Alliance, a 300 member strong regional trade association.
